McCall's Pattern M8690 Misses' Halter Dress in Two Lengths by Laura Ashley

The dress, in either maxi or below the knee length, features a fitted halter bodice with an empire waistline seam, back zipper, flattering angled bodice back, and a flared skirt with ruffles. Maxi dress includes two ruffles and can be made in one or two coordinating fabrics. The shorter dress has one ruffle, along with lace trim and button accents.
