Chelsea is a velour jersey and this print features large scrolls of leaves and flowers. The background is a deep Juniper Green decorated with browns, blues, blacks and mauves creating a really rich look and feel.
It stretches in the width, but not the length and recovers nicely too due to the elastane content. It’s perfect for tops, dresses, skirts and evening wear. The large print repeat means that you only need a simple garment pattern.
